Hisense: adapting technology for more effective processes

Hisense, a high-tech company founded in China in 1969, began operations in Mexico during 2011, where it now has its second largest industrial plant (only behind the one located in China) and has demonstrated strong growth in its different business units. The brand has always been guided by its core values: integrity, innovation, customer focus and sustainability; therefore, selecting the right human talent is critical to its success. From May 2019, Hisense began using BlackTrust’s platform to evaluate its candidates, validating the information they provide about their previous jobs, checking their references and applying the appropriate psychometric tests for each job profile. Hisense’ s Human Resources team has been able to identify candidates who are compatible with the competencies and values required by the company; in addition to detecting information that helps them make better decisions through integrity analysis.
